What's the deal with quiet time?
If you identify as an introvert, you probably know what quiet time is... and you probably feel like you're not getting enough of it...
We often feel like quiet time is a luxury.
It's something that we indulge in and that we really shouldn't need. A lot of introverts feel like something's wrong with them for needing quiet time.
In this week's podcast episode, I talked about what's the deal with quiet time (you can find it on your favorite podcast app).

In this episode you’ll learn:
✔️ What quiet time is and why introverts need it
✔️ Why quiet time isn't a luxury

So, what can you do if you feel like you're not getting enough quiet time - and if your lifestyle isn't conducive to take long breaks at the moment?
You start with micro breaks. Small snippets of rest throughout your day and week. No matter how much is on your plate, how much is going on right now, you can always start with 10 minutes.
On October 21st, I'm giving a free training where we'll talk more about this and two other habits to bring more energy, joy and calm in your work, even in uncertain times.
If you've become a professional juggler by now and trying to keep all the balls in the air is leaving you exhausted and like you're never doing enough, then this training is for you.
I'll share what these 3 habits look like in my daily life. How they're helping me to feel more joy in my work than ever before while raising a young family, as I'm nearing 40, and growing a new online business.

Hope to see you there,
