I recently joined my very first panel discussion that was broadcasted live on LinkedIn.
It hasn't always been easy to be visible and to "put myself out there".
While decompressing at my dining table the next morning, I was thinking over some of the things that are helping me to feel good about being visible for my business while still caring for my introvert self.
I’ll share 4 of those with you in today’s podcast episode.
- Preparation is key but now in the way you may think
- Trust your gut and give yourself permission to make it safe
- Share your process rather than being the expert
- Baby steps: building up slowly

At the end of the panel we were all asked: What’s one technique that you can share for introverts to be more productive?
My answer: incorporate some kind of daily reflection practice.
A daily reflection practice will help you make the best of your natural self-reflective process and to get the most important things done each day.
If you want to get started with a mini version of this practice, accept my free gift to you: the training bundle “From stressed to focused with this simple daily practice”
